Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (pool volume in gallons or shape, length, width and average depth, pool type, surface, water test readings: free, total and combined chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, salt and water temperature, how the water looks, the chlorine and acid products you use, chemical targets, filter type, whether the pump runs, city cost tier, the price you pay for chlorine, months the pool is open, service level and visit frequency, a monthly quote you have, the value you put on an hour of your time, whether you own equipment or a test kit, opening and closing, the service type you want, heater and attached-spa flags, locked-gate and dog-in-yard flags, preferred start, extra questions, your first name and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, gate code or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to pool services, chemical sellers or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
